By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the 76bd platform (accessible at https://76bd.io and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains, collectively referred to as "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 76bd Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms apply in full to all users of the Platform regardless of their method of access. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. To register and use a 76bd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 76bd operates a strict 21+ policy. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition in your country or jurisdiction of residence that prevents you from entering into this agreement or using online betting and gaming services.
• You must not be an employee , officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 76bd or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a current self-exclusion arrangement active with 76bd.

76bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where satisfactory verification cannot be completed, 76bd may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending resolution of the verification process.

Each eligible person may hold only one registered account on the 76bd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances held within them.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access the Platform using your account.

All financial transactions on the 76bd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 76bd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your 76bd account balance within five minutes of successful confirmation from the payment provider. 76bd does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. • In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. Bets accepted after the relevant event or outcome has already been determined will be voided.

• Cricket markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers series are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). Rain rules and DLS method outcomes are honoured as the official result.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
